Why is there a fee if my machine isn’t repaired?

Diagnosis is a valuable service we provide, and in many cases, it is the most time-consuming part of a work order. 

Our experienced technicians dedicate their time, training, and expertise to determining what’s wrong with your machine, including identifying underlying issues that may not be immediately obvious. We must be confident in our assessment so that we can deliver safe, effective, and quality service.

Regardless of the diagnosis, our technicians still invested time in assessing your machine and developing a path forward. This labor fee ensures we can continue delivering expert service while compensating our team for their work.

We are also a supplier of OEM parts for many brands, if you're a DIY customer who just needs parts for their machine.
